By using this site or making an enquiry/booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Me

Clare Marie Music provides live music and DJ services — including piano, saxophone and DJ performances — for weddings, parties, corporate events and other occasions, across Devon, Somerset, Cornwall and Dorset.

This site is provided for the purpose of showcasing my services and allowing potential clients to make enquiries. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this site by anyone else.

I reserve the right to restrict access to the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

3. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through this site does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once:

  • I have agreed availability and details with you directly (by email, phone or in person), and
  • Both parties have agreed terms, typically set out in a separate booking confirmation, contract or agreement

Any specific terms relating to deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, travel costs or performance requirements for an individual booking will be set out separately in that booking agreement, and will take precedence over these general Site Terms where they differ.

I take reasonable care to ensure the information on this site — including service descriptions, coverage areas and pricing guidance — is accurate and up to date. However, I do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free, and details may change without notice.

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; all bookings are subject to direct confirmation as described in Section 3.
